Your selected plan includes the design and development of a website within the scope and limits of that plan.

• A professionally designed website based on the selected plan
• Core website build and technical setup
• Responsive design for desktop and mobile devices
• Access to optional add-ons at extra cost
• Basic project communication and handover process

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices shown for Pay Monthly Website Plans are exclusive of VAT.

Where VAT applies, it will be added to invoices, payment links, or checkout totals in accordance with UK tax rules.

Monthly plan pricing and one-time setup fees may be updated in the future for new customers. Existing customer pricing will remain subject to the agreed plan terms, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Each Pay Monthly Website Plan includes a one-time setup fee. This covers the initial planning, design, setup, and build work required to begin your project.

Pay Monthly Website Plans are provided on an ongoing monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a minimum term, fixed period, or promotional commitment applies to your specific agreement, this will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

We may review and update pricing for renewed or continued services in the future, but any change will be communicated in advance where applicable.

Monthly plan fees are due in advance using the payment method you provide.

If payment is missed, delayed, reversed, or declined, we may pause work, suspend related services, or restrict access until the account is brought fully up to date.

We reserve the right to recover overdue balances and any reasonable costs associated with failed or overdue payments.

You may request cancellation by contacting us through our contact form.

• Setup fees remain non-refundable in all cases
• Outstanding balances must be settled before cancellation is finalised
• Access to services connected to the plan may be removed after cancellation
• Any separately agreed third-party costs remain payable where already incurred

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Empex Digital retains ownership of its proprietary methods, systems, reusable components, internal tooling, and frameworks.

Rights to final website deliverables, files, or transfer arrangements will depend on the specific plan and any written agreement in place at the time of cancellation or project completion.

Any third-party licensed assets, plugins, fonts, or tools remain subject to their own licensing terms.

Domain registration and website hosting are not included in Pay Monthly Website Plans unless separately agreed in writing.

If Empex Digital assists you with domain purchase, DNS configuration, or hosting setup as an extra service, any related third-party costs will be your responsibility unless stated otherwise in writing.

Where third-party hosting or domain providers are used, their own service terms and availability may also apply.

You may request to upgrade your plan at any time.

• The upgraded plan will be charged at the current rate for that plan
• A new setup fee may apply where the upgrade involves additional design, development, or structural changes
• Any revised scope, pricing, or delivery terms will be confirmed before upgrade work begins

Optional add-ons may be available at extra cost, including additional pages, blogs, booking systems, payment integrations, maintenance, advanced functionality, and related enhancements.

Google Ads, paid advertising setup, campaign management, optimisation, and reporting are not included in Pay Monthly Website Plans unless explicitly agreed in writing as a separate service.

We follow good technical and structural practices where SEO-related work is included, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, search position, traffic level, or business result.

Search performance depends on many factors outside our control, including competition, content quality, algorithm changes, backlinks, location, and market conditions.

Websites and related services must not be used for illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content or activity.

We may refuse, suspend, or remove services where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.

Empex Digital will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or interruption caused by third-party systems or providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to any Pay Monthly Website Plan is limited to the amount you paid to us for that plan in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
