1. No third-party promotions

Bookings may not be used for cold outreach, lead generation, generic agency pitches, or attempts to sell us your services or tools. We reserve the right to cancel such calls without notice.

2. Careers & job opportunities

If your primary purpose is to explore job opportunities, internships, or collaboration roles with Empex Digital, please use our careers page or dedicated application channels instead of this booking form.

3. Rescheduling & cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel any booking by replying to your confirmation email. Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.

4. Data & privacy

We collect your name, email, phone number, and any details you share to prepare for and follow up on your consultation. Your data is used only for this purpose and is never sold to third parties.

5. Right to refuse or cancel

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings that we believe are not a good fit, breach these terms, or are clearly promotional in nature.
